Marriage & Couples Counseling
Our counselors provide pre-marital, marital counseling, divorce recovery, adultery recovery, & communication skill building for couples. We have Level 1 Gottman trained therapists on staff.

Children & Adolescent Counseling
Our counselors work with children & teens ages 5–17. We provide interactive modalities like sand tray, art therapy, painting, and talk therapy to engage with children & teens.

Addiction Recovery Counseling
Our counselors provide counseling for clients willing to work on recovering from substance abuse and alcohol abuse disorders.

College Transition Counseling
Our counselors provide support for college students needing stress management, time management, and other coping skills to successfully navigate one of life’s biggest transition times.

Trauma Recovery Counseling
Our counselors provide a safe place for clients working on healing from their life traumas. We have certified EMDR therapists on staff.

Our counselors provide eating disorder assessments and counseling for clients who are working on their recovery. We have certified eating disorder specialists on staff.

Coaching
Our Life Coaches offer services for adult clients ages 18 and older. Life Coaches work in areas of relationships, boundaries, ADHD & ASD management, stress management, peer social skill building, positive body image, and emotion regulation.
